(1) 35005 on rear? Note: the timing sheet stated this leg would be hauled by a class 37, being detached at Guildford in the morning (and added on the return leg) however the tour brochure mentions 35005 running round at Guildford in the morning.
(2) Route & loco confirmation required - above is from booked timings. John Broderick left the train at Lydney and visited the Dean Forest Railway where he photographed GWR 5541 on a working. Confirmation is required if this was a special working related to this tour, or simply a regular service train (the tour brochure suggested there were likely to be two trains in operation during the visit, with 'one possibly going through to Tufts').
