Notes :
(1) Pathfinder Tours offered a package including air-travel to cover this and
the PTG tour on 2nd November. Also included was an optional tram tour of Lisbon
on the evening of Friday 31st October and a works/depot visit to Barreiro on the
morning of Monday 3rd November.
