Rob Fraser offers the following additional information, taken from the drivers diagrams, with regards to timings at Barrow Hill, with additional comments from Martyn Brailsford;

The train made
three operational stops going into Barrow Hill, before reversing in the
Headshunt, viz:
11.12a ~ 11.16d (pilotman pickup front loco), 11.19a ~ 11.19½d
(pilotman pickup rear loco) and 11.21½a ~ 11.22d
(pick up radio for front pilotman).
I would suggest the first was at the “Boundary”, as we appeared to pick up
the pilotman there, and would relate to the booked times of 11.20a ~ 11.22d.
Coming out the train made
two operational stops after reversing in the Headshunt, viz:
13.05a ~ 13.05½d (picking up M. Brailsford, BNESS PW Supervisor) and 13.08½a ~
13.11d (waiting Sig. 1010 to clear). The latter was at signal S1010,
which is the “Boundary” between Network Rail & BHESS metals.
