(3) Train suffered brake problems en-route home on the MML on one of the front coaches (came to a halt on the up fast just north of Wellingborough, the fault was rectified after a delay of 27 minutes).
(4) At Barrow Hill Depot coach 3374 was moved from next to 47832 to the other end of the train next to 66722 for reason(s) unknown.
