(5) Booked for 2x Class 37s but 37406 was not repaired in time.
(6) The train was originally planned as visiting Uskmouth followed by Cwm Bargoed. Cwmbargoed had to be dropped from the itinerary due to no path being available, (hence the tour name), and was replaced with Machen Quarry. It is rumoured that Machen is about to be mothballed, so this may prove to be the final tour to visit.
(7) Due to engineering works in the Newport area, only half of Newport station was in use, therefore the planned break could not take place. Consequently the train was re-timed with the new times shown in brackets.
