(1) Originally booked for 56311, but this was found to require a complete power unit change after inspection of an engine fault the week before the tour and Hanson Traction's other serviceable locomotive, (56312), was tied into a long distance diagram for Colas Rail. The possibility of hiring in 56303 from RVEL, thus releasing 56312, was also ruled out, as 56303 was already on hire to a 3rd party and so not available.
