Notes :
(1) Headboard carried on 60007 was 'The Tynesider'.
(2) 47786 on rear.
(3) 47851 failed in Copenhagen Tunnel (unable to keep air pressure). After
around an hour the train set-off again, only for 47851 to fail again at Hornsey.
47786 then ran-round the train (at Alexandra Palace) and took it to Peterborough
(arriving around 22.30 after departing Kings Cross at 18.55) where the train was
terminated as the line northwards was closed due to engineering works.
Passengers returned home by road coach.
60007 passes Claypole, running 10mins late
