Notes :
(1) Graham Scofield comments: The tour ran to time as far as Edinburgh. From
Edinburgh forward time was lost, particularly waiting for pathing through the
Westerton area. Train was also held at several places on West Highland Line
believed to be due to preceding late and slow running freight working. Held at
Crainlarich for unit (1Y24) to cross (had been booked to cross at Dalmally had
the railtour been running to time) and an unscheduled photostop ensued. Arrived
at Oban 1 hour late at 14:47 actual when booked to arrive at 13:46 Due to late
arrival at Oban the return leg was re-pathed to allow the normals extra time at
Oban. Original Booked departure time 16:13 Re-pathed departure time 17:10 Actual
departure time 17:10 Locos were booked to run in top-and-tail formation outward
and return, but instead ran in double-headed formation outward and return,
running round the stock at Oban.
