(2) From the letter sent to tour passengers by Steam Dreams: 'It is with great
regret that I am writing to inform you that we have decided to cancel our
evening tour on 22nd December due to the Met Office weather forecast for the end
of next week.... With the cold weather forecast we are concerned that even a
slight delay would have a negative impact on the evening tour (particularly as
the evening is likely to be colder). We are, of course, mindful of people
getting home safely when making our decision to cancel'.
