(1) Booked to use Haresfield Loop to allow 1S37, 05:25 Plymouth - Edinburgh XC
service, to overtake. This had been changed the night before as signallers were
worried that the points would fail in the freezing conditions. On the day, the
tour waited at Barnwood Jn on the 'Up Avoiding' while 1S37 crossed from Up
Charfield to Down Charfield at Tuffley, ran 'wrong-line' along the
bi-directional 'Down Avoiding', regaining the Up Main at Barnwood Jn.
(2) Cogan UGL was not traversed, presumably due to late running.
