(1) 35518 was only in the consist when 34067 was on the train.
(2) It is reported that there was a late start from London Euston, due to over running engineering works, which had delayed the inward E.C.S.
(3) On the return leg, the train was shunted in to the Siding at Appleby, to take water, while the 15.05 Carlisle to Leeds Northern service overtook.
