Notes : 
(1) It is reported that due to the Over Head Electrified Lines coming down near Kensal Rise, the return leg was diverted 'from Camden Road via Primrose Hill, Bletchley and Coventry to Didcot Parkway'. Routing after Coventry requires confirming (i.e. was the booked route from Coventry to Tame Bridge Parkway followed, then onwards, setting down at Leamington Spa, Banbury and Oxford, to terminate at Didcot?). Brian Ovington confirms after coventry the train did set-down at Birmingham International, but cannot confirm anything about the route thereafter. Booked return route had been: Camden Road - Gospel Oak - Acton Wells Jn - Slough - Reading - Didcot Parkway - Oxford - Banbury - Leamington Spa - Coventry - Birmingham International - Birmingham New Street - Tame Bridge Parkway.

(3) Route confirmation required - above is from booked timings.
(4) Although the last coach in the formation was originally uploaded as 5366, Jonathan Horsfall suggested it was 5322. Andrew Martin has however since confirmed it was 5366.
