Notes :
(1) 99040 was only in the consist when 6201 was on the train.
(2) It is reported that 6201 slipped to a stand, after a signal check, on the climb from Clitheroe to Langho. The rails then had to be hand sanded. Driver Gordon Hodgson did an superb job getting the train moving again, in very slippery conditions.
