(1) 57314 on rear.
(2) 47746 on rear.
(3) Pasture Road L.C. was the limit for loco hauled trains the last time a tour approached Barton-on-Humber, (26-10-91).
(4) Although we were running to time at Scunthorpe Trent Jn, the Foreign Ore trains were not. The train before us departed 35 minutes late from Santon, the train due after us was already at Barnetby waiting to access the branch, obviously the revenue earning traffic takes priority over railtours. There was an option of waiting an additional hour at Trent Junction, but this had to be ruled out due to the drivers hours regulations of our crew. Things did look up briefly at Foreign Ore Branch Jn when the train stopped & the crew changed ends, but ten minutes later the crew changed ends again & we continued out way to Barnetby.
(5) The final reversal of the day was due to take place at Barnetby East Jn, (Sig.BE27), thereby using the Barnetby East Crossover, however a late release timing sheet showed the train running through to Brocklesby Junction to reverse, which is what we did.

The Milages in the Brochure assumed we would reverse at Lindsey Refinery West Curve Jn, so there is 'dead mileage' between 191.41 & 192.62 & subsequently all following mileages need reducing by 1m21ch, although about 9½ miles need adding to all locations after 18:00hrs for the extra run from Barnetby to Brocklesby & back.
