(4) Late running at start due to a failed oil train at Kingsbury Branch Jn.
(5) Elford DGL not covered due to an infrastructure problem.
(6) 37601 originally planned to operate with 37884, but the failure of 37800 meant that 37601, with it's coupler, had to cover 800's EMU stock movement job, the reduction of driver resource availability meant that the planned usage of the ETL Class 87, (87002), between Birmingham & London also could not take place.
