(5) Tour originally planned to visit Corby Automotive Terminal, but an engineering works possession, which was to just short of Corby station thus leaving access to the branch available from the North, was amended with a late notice possession to include the station so branch no longer possible. The Tour was therefore re-routed to Peterborough, (the mileages in the table below are to the original route to Corby). As an alternative to the Corby freight branch, access to Derby Litchurch Lane Works was arranged.
