(1) 43058 replaced accident damaged 43055.
(2) It is reported that 43058 shut down at Llandovery and the train then failed completely at Cynghordy on the climb to Sugar Loaf summit. LSL staff eventually managed to get the train on the move again, but by then it was 167 minutes late.
(3) The return leg was diverted and terminated at Manchester Piccadilly due to late running.
