Loco(s) Route

???? Brookwood - London Waterloo

Notes :
(1) Route & loco confirmation required. Once at Brookwood participants were able to take a footplate ride to Bisley (or back). The train used for the footplate rides consisted of two Drummond 0-4-4 tank engines coupled back to back, with what (from photographic evidence) appears to have been a single coach in between them. It is reported that over 100 people took footplate the rides. 'Lord Nelson class no.864 'Sir Martin Frobisher' was on view at Brookwood and there was a small exhibition of photographs, prints and models. A number of dining cars were stabled at Brookwood providing meals.
