(1) Route & loco confirmation required. Jul/Aug 1949 issue of The Railway Magazine reported this Easter Monday excursion to be the first passenger train to Grassington for ten years, illustrated by a photo of LMS 4F no. 4059 running tender-first between Embsay Jn and Rylstone.
