(2) Route & missing loco confirmation required. On arrival at
Whitby, the train and B1 61082 were dragged by the Class A8 station pilot to
Whitby West Cliff station, from where 61082 was double-headed by Class A8 69882
along the tortuous coastal route to Scarborough. It is likely 69882 was added at
Whitby Town.
