Loco Used | 4472 'Flying Scotsman' |
Route :
Loco | Route |
4472 | London St Pancras - ??? - Leicester London Road - ??? - Keighley (1) |
4472 | Keighley - ??? - London Kings Cross |
Notes :
(1) Buses were used to transfer passengers between Keighley and Haworth as the
K&WVR did not receive their Light Railway Order until June 1968.
(2) Mike Taylor comments: 4472 Flying Scotsman went light engine from Keighley
via Skipton and Colne to Accrington to turn on the triangle there. Thence to
Rosegrove mpd where it went under the coal hopper for tender to be topped up
before returning same route back to Keighley. The turntable at Rosegrove would
not have been long enough to turn an A3.
