Notes :
(1) LASERman comments : at Twickenham the itinerary shows the train to shunt to a siding (probably one of the Up bays) where a locomotive would be attached to haul the stock in two portions with shoes paddled up to Richmond where the portions would regain the conductor rail to run to Broad Street separately and re-couple there. Reason given for this move was that signalling at Richmond could not accommodate a 6 coach formation and also quotes difference in conductor rail heights as also a cause for this problem. No note however is made of any similar movement being made on the return working.
(2) Booked timings show the train reversing at Victoria however the tour brochure map showed the train routed directly from Longhedge Jn to Factory Jn as per above and this was also reflected in the written route description, so presumably the change of route was made after the timing sheet was printed.
