Notes :
(1) Train run for employees of the LMR, Cricklewood depot.
(2) Train derailed at speed, taking the 20mph curve at approximately 65mph,
killing the driver and five passengers and injuring 126. The class 47 and nine
of the ten carriages were derailed. At the enquiry it was revealed that
'the driver was found to have consumed a considerable quantity of alcohol
both before and during the journey' and the secondman was not familiar with
the route.
