(1) Organised by the Steam Locomotive Operators Association (S.L.O.A.) to celebrate the return to steam on the Settle & Carlisle line and as a tribute to D.W. 'Bill' Harvey for his contribution to steam preservation. John Broderick's notes also showed this tour as organised by the 6000 Locomotive Association however the tour brochure does not confirm this, other than that the brochure itself was compiled and edited by Brian Dodd of the 6000LA.
