Notes :
(1) Seen passing through Merstham hauled by 37188 and carrying a 'Brighton Belle' headboard. It is believed that 37188 worked throughout (supported by photographs of this loco at Newport, Swindon and Kensington Olympia on the outward journey and Brighton and Clayton Tunnel on the return) but confirmation of this would be greatly appreciated.
