Loco Route

40025 18.15 Barmouth - (?reverse of outward route?(3)) - Stalybridge

Notes :
(1) Return route confirmation required.
(2) This page originally showed train starting at Manchester, then altered to Stockport then changed again as it turned out the ECS was from Stockport (dep. 06.20).
(3) Andy Pullar suggests that the train was diverted due to engineering works in the morning, hence the reversal at Crewe, and that these engineering works had finished by the time of the return working, so train may have gone direct from Shrewsbury to Crewe? Harry Harper states that he is '99% certain' the train returned via Nantwich.
