(1) Andy Pullar comments: 'There was time for the customary farce at Liskeard for a side trip to Looe. I believe a three car DMU set was attached to
the normal Bubble working the service shuttle. Needless to say this didn't fit
the platform at Looe. For the record the unit nos. were 55026+51306+59473+51321
on the 13.52 from Liskeard and 15.01 return from Looe.'
(2) Booked route
was given as: Derby - Long Eaton - Nottingham (reverse) - Loughborough -
Leicester - Narborough - Hinckley - Coventry thence WCML but Jeremy Chapter
confirms the routing outwadr was actually via the Market Harborough to
Northampton Line as he traveled up from London to Leicester specifically to
traverse that section. Did the train return via the same route or was that via
Coventry and Nuneaton?
(3) Service train used (formed: 51306+59473+51321+51574+51584) for a
trip from Plymouth to Gunnislake & back.
