Notes :
(1) Various coach tours organised in the Kyle area and also coach trip to Dunvegan Castle on Isle of Skye.
(2) Three mark 1's were removed at Inverness by the station pilot (class 08).
(3) 47413 failed (ran out of fuel) resulting in a delay of about an hour.
(4) Route confirmation required. Michael Landon queries if the train avoided Newcastle station on the return leg. Tour was about 3 hours late into Kings Cross due to the diversions and loco change at York.
