Notes :
(1) 45015 failed at Crowle. Steve Clark comments : On the return the train was
brought to a stand just west of Crowle on the main line alongside the loop that
existed there at that time. 45015 had failed. After we had been looped by a
number of freight trains 47362 arrived ex Frodingham and dragged the train to
Scunthorpe where the 45 was removed and 47362 continued through to Cleethorpes.
