Notes :
(1) Route & loco confirmation required. Train was unable to call at Northamton so passengers from there were instructed to use service trains to/from Rugby.
(2) Off train options were;
Group 1: leave the train at Motherwell or Glasgow Central for optional sight-seeing.
Group 2: leave the train at Glasgow Central joining coaches for Gourock, crossing by ferry to Dunoon and continuing via Holy Loch, Loch Eck and Loch Fyne to Arrochar on Loch Long (time for sight-seeing and refreshments), returning via Loch Lomond and Dumbarton to Glasgow.
Group 3: leave the train at Glasgow Central joining coaches for the Campsie Fells, Kippen, Lake of Mentieth, Aberfoyle, Duke's Pass to Loch Katrine, Loch Achray and Loch venachar to Callander (time for sight-seeing and refreshments), returning via Stirling, Castlecary to Glasgow.
Group 4: leave the train at Glasgow Central joining coaches for Strathblane, Aberfoyle and Duke's Pass to Loch Katrine (time for sight-seeing and refreshments) then boarding the Steamer 'Sir Walter Scott' sailing at 14:30 for Stronachlachar Pier arriving at 15:15 where the coaches depart for Loch Chon, Loch Ard, Aberfoyle, Drymen and the Endrick Water to Glasgow.
Group 5: leave the train at Motherwell, joining a special DMU departing at 12:27 for Crianlarich (15:23 ~ 15:40) arriving back in Motherwell at 17:50
Group 6: leave the train at Motherwell, joining buses (12:30d) for Motherwell MPD and Eastfield MPD, returning by bus to Glasgow Central (17:30a).
