Notes :
(1) Alan Osborn comments: ECS stock was 90 minutes late arriving from Willesden depot as a result of this and pathing problems the tour train was used also as the 08.10 service train from Marylebone to Aylesbury. Another special organised by Chiltern Trains 'Milton Keynes Shopper Special'  was scheduled to run from Aylesbury to Milton Keynes but, due to the long signal sections another hefty delay would occur, it was decided to cancel the shoppers special and accommodate its passengers on the railtour. One presumes the Shoppers Special ran later ECS to Milton Keynes so as to provide the return service Milton Keynes to Aylesbury (details required). As it so happens this tour was not fully booked so the extra passengers could easily be accommodated, in fact much to Mr. Farrow's delight some Milton Keynes shoppers opted for the day out on the railtour instead!
