Notes :
(1) To end of line. Andy Pullar comments: In my notes I recorded the train
as reaching as far as Dunston East LC which was 1m02c from Derwenthaugh Jn according
to a sectional appendix I had of the area at the time. The line continued on to
Redheugh Bank Foot some 61 chains further on from where a trailing siding came
in from Redheugh Iron and Steel. (once a line from the Tanfield Railway).
(2) DMU vehicle identities provided by Andy Pullar who requests confirmation of
the vehicle identities as 53751 & 53196 are both DM(C)L vehicles.
