Notes:
(1) Melvin Teale comments : This tour was originally booked to go to Barnstaple as well as Meldon Quarry, but due to extremely late running, the run to Barnstaple was cancelled. As a result the tour was re-run on 16th September, covering Heathfield & Exmouth as well as Barnstaple. Passengers from this tour being given a discount. Nevertheless, it was a good tour as far as it went.
(2) Loco confirmation required on return leg; originally uploaded as hauled by 47588 from Bristol Temple Meads back to Manchester Piccadilly however John Cassey's records have 47527 working back to at least Birmingham New Street (where he got off). Was 47588 used from Birmingham (or some other point north of Birmingham)?
(3) Route confirmation between Manchester and Cheltenham (outward) and from Birmingham New Street (return) is required - above as shown is from booked times.
