Notes :
(1) Run to celebrate 25 years (to the day) of the LCGB Isle of Wight Steam
Farewell Railtour and a reproduction copy of that itinerary was supplied to
passengers.
(2) Passengers travelled between
Portsmouth Harbour and Ryde Pier Head on a chartered Catamaran ('Lady Patricia'
used both ways).
(3) Once on the Isle of Wight passengers had a choice of trains:
Regular half hourly service between Ryde Pier Head & Shanklin. 3 trains in
operation (LASERman travelled on 003 and 005+006. Other train was probably 007
or possibly 007+001 [the Ryde end unit shown first for the pairs])
The IoWSR used locomotive 24 with coaches 4149+6349+6375+46+4112 for round trips
departing Smallbrook Junction at 11.00, 12.30 and 14.00.
