30th May 1993

Regional Railways / Flying Scotsman Services
The Pembroke Coast Limited

Note: it would appear this is almost certainly the same train as the Pathfinder 'Pembroke Coast Limited' however it is unclear if Pathfinder ran a train to connect into this tour or it it was simply multiple operators selling tickets for the same train?

Locos Used steam: 44767 & 80079
Stock Used ???

Route : 1Z27 throughout

Loco(s) Route
44767 Swansea - Llanelli - Carmarthen

44767 Fishguard Harbour - Clarbeston Road - Whitland - Carmarthen
80079 Carmarthen - Llanelli - Swansea

Notes :
(1) A problem occurred with the 10.28 ex-Carmarthen as a result of which the train terminated at Tenby instead of going through to Pembroke Dock. The return working thus also started from Tenby not Pembroke Dock.
(2) 80079 on rear (was booked for haulage by 80079 on it's own).
