Notes :

This tour was scheduled to be worked by a single Class 37/4 throughout, with a second 37 to top/tail the Southampton Docks branches.
The tour was also supposed to have a break at Alton for the Mid Hants Diesel Gala, but due to the train running so late, the train had less than 40 minutes at Alton, so there wasn't even time for a quick spin. Pathfinder organised a re-run to the Mid-Hants only on October 1st, with a special fare of £10 for those who travelled on the original tour.

(1) 37405 removed at Crewe due to ETH not operating.
(2) 37425 replaced by 47297 due to snowploughs being too low to operate over third rail.
(3) 47297 on rear.
(4) 37375 on rear.
(5) Snowploughs moved to a higher position!
(6) 37425 failed at Leamington Spa.
(7) 47580 towing 37425 dead.
(8) Booked via Redbridge to Southampton but believed re-routed (confirmation someone please?) to Eastleigh to allow replacement of 37425 by 47297 because of the snowplough issue.
(9) Booked set-down at South Ruislip was missed out, stop taken at West Ruislip instead.
