Notes :
(1) This was the first run of a preserved steam locomotive between Edinburgh and
Newcastle.
(2) After an unscheduled stop at Durham, as the train began to accelerate of the
viaduct, 60532 went into uncontrollable wheelslip resulting in major damage to
the locomotive and injury to the driver. Repairs to the locomotive took some 18
months to complete.
