Notes :
(1) Train was held for a long time awaiting a guard who had been delayed by a
level crossing incident near Ashchurch.
(2) some passengers were due to be set down at Bristol Temple Meads but we were
signalled onto one of the through roads so they had to stay aboard until
Bedminster and return from there by service train (formed of unit 143619).
