Notes :
(1) Was booked via Bath & Bristol Parkway but diverted on the day due to an incident in the Bristol area. Passengers joining at Bristol Parkway were bussed to Gloucester to join.
(2) 6024 was booked to work through to Carmarthen but failed with brake problems at Hereford. 37696 was provided to work the train to Newport to await the 47 for the return to Paddington.
