Does any body have any details on the shuttle trains (beleived to be DMU) from Doncaster to and from RAF Finningley for the air show.
I recall they used the bay platform 2 at Doncaster station which would imply travelling through Decoy Up Yard to return to Doncaster.

From what i remember of the time when Finningley air show took place the normal shuttle did run over these lines. This always made the news of BLN, unfortunately I missed out on track until later years - like last weeks HRT/RM Freightliner tour!
