Old D+EG publication gives 9019 Royal Highland Fusilier as working a troop special south from Inverness presumably via the Highland Main line to Edinburgh??.

A Bradford Barton photo book in my possession shows 9019 heading north through Pitlochry piloting D5338 on the Perth to Inverness Highland Mail with the date given as April 1969. What goes down must come back up.
