(1) John Clifford comments : 34027 had originally been scheduled to be running in the London area throughout July but, according to Past Time, was then not coming until the end of July. The movement costs from & back to the Severn Valley were prohibitive for just a single trip. They had hoped to use an alternative engine but this has suffered mechanical problems. Although they don't say so this was, presumably, 34067 'Tangmere'.
