(1) John Clifford comments : This has been postponed due to the delays in the HSE providing exemption to Hastings Diesels to continue running their stock. Apparently there have been a number of queries raised by the HSE on points of detail. In addition there also has to be a 6 week consultation period before the exemption is granted.
