(2) Niall Kelly reports that the original booked
route was : Dublin Connolly - Howth - Dublin Connolly - Kildare-Thurles -
Limerick Direct Curve - Limerick-Limerick Junction -Mallow - Cork - Cobh - Cork
- Limerick Junction - Kildare - Dublin Connolly. About a month before the tour
was to operate however, the route was changed to that operated as engineering
works at Newbridge on the Dublin-Cork line meant that the tour had to be back
from Cork earlier.
(3) Pathfinder Tours also sold tickets for this train and laid-on a coach
connection which departed England on Friday 10th October and returned on Sunday
12th.
