Train postponed as availability of the booked steam loco could not be guaranteed (according to the letter sent out to passengers who had booked "We have been informed by the loco owners that due to circumstances beyond their control they cannot guarantee that 34067 will be available to operate the train"). Was re-dated to run on 20th October 2007 but that was subsequently cancelled.

(3) The letter from Past Time Rail regarding the planned re-dated run on 20th
October stated: "We had been
endeavouring to find a replacement loco for ex BR Standard 2-6-0 No. 76079 as
she has commitments elsewhere on that date. However, we have now been advised by
Network Rail that they are unable to plan the train any further as they have
currently found that on the outward journey the Salisbury area is totally
blocked and on the return journey the Bournemouth area is totally blocked."
