Notes :
(1) Matthew Cole comments: The outward journey ran as per timings. However, the
return leg departed pretty much close to time, but was delayed at Orpington
around 19:30hrs behind other trains that were suffering due to technical issues
because of adverse weather conditions (snow). 1001 subsequently was worked back
to Bromley South, and then re-routed via Bat & Ball, carrying a full load of
rescued public passengers and calling additionally at Sevenoaks, Hildenborough
and High Brooms! Thus it was departing Robertsbridge at around 21:35hrs and
arrived into Hastings 84 minutes late.
