(5) The tour should have been hauled by 61306 'Mayflower' from Bristol Temple Meads to Shrewsbury and return. However due to a person hit by a train near Taunton, 61306 was heavily delayed getting to Bristol, and so followed the tour with it's support coach to Shrewsbury.
(6) This was the last 'Welsh Marches Express' for the 2024 season.
