Notes :
(1) The loco for this trip was taken out of store at Swindon to work this tour, and withdrawn shortly afterwards.
(2) The stop at Kingham on the outward journey was to pick up a pilotman and on the return we stopped at Adlestrop 17.07 to let him off.
(3) Bruce Nathan comments: I don’t seem to have noted the times on the return journey after Yarnton.  I recall being very annoyed that having bought a ticket in advance at Oxford, I asked that the train at 17.55 to Princes Risborough (the last of the day) be held to connect with the special but of course it had left by the time we arrived.  We did connect with the 18.10 to Paddington.
