(1) Locos propelling.
(2) The timing sheet has the propel move between Milwall Junction and Harrow Lane Jn, however the actual reversal point has been described above as Exchange Sidings and in Edwin Wilmshurst's timing sheet Harrow Lane Jn has been crossed out and Poplar Loop written in; Poplar Loop and  Exchange Sidings are therefore assumed to be same location, and it is further assumed that the train passed Harrow Lane Jn in order to reverse (though confirmation of this is required).
