The letter sent out with the tour tickets stated 'All passengers must leave the train at Stratford-upon-Avon on the outward journey as the coaches are to be placed in the Goods Yard for an hour'. Passengers not wishing to visit Long marston could enjoy a longer break at Stratford-upon-Avon.
